This individual goes on dating websites, such as OKCupid and tells a story about losing money at a Starbucks. He does this after talking to you for a few weeks. He then uses a stolen check to deposit money then ask you for the cash. He goes by the name "Rell". He also uses a tango account with picture of his kids. He has done this in Georgia and the current bank transaction occurred in Alabama.
