I placed an order via my credit card for a set of 4 hubcaps to my classic 1966 Mustang for $215.91. Later that day I received fraud alerts from the credit card issuer that my card had been used fraudulently to make 6 unauthorized charges totaling nearly $2,500.00. Those were reported as fraud to my credit card issuer and cancelled. Next, I received a email from a company called Global Goods Express demanding $300.00 to purchase an insurance license to ship my order, which I refused to do. I then contacted Tyler’s Mustang Spares via numerous texts, phone calls and emails requesting a refund of my purchase price. The only message I received was “I’ll look into it and get back to you.” Unbeknownst to me Tyler’s Mustang Spares is a scam company even though it had a Facebook page by that name. As of a week later I have not received any response from Tyler’s Mustang Spares nor a refund. I suggest anyone never contact this business to make a purchase. I have been scammed.
