Mr. Ty Hall kept sending emails saying preapproved for mortgage modification. Some new software that he has. Wanted 3000.00 dollars to do the modification. I didn't have that kind of money so would take payments. He got his first payment of 250.00. Then a friend of mine was concerned that I was getting scammed, so we called my mortgage company and explained the situation and they said sounds fishy. They will do my modification for free. Now that he tried to get his second payment and didn't he is now threatening me over the phone.
