I ordered a custom top from the company and it did not come as advertised online and it was damaged. I paid for priority so it would arrive by a 10/21 event. The top came damaged and unwearable. I emailed na d messaged on social media and the owner said she would remake the top after she received it. She provided a return label so I sent it back immediately. I emailed and messaged them online and they said I could send it back for a replacement. Once she confirmed the top was made and would be shipped the next day, I requested if they could refund the difference in shipping too since I wouldn’t receive the replacement in time and they completely canceled my order. I am still waiting to see if they will refund me. The top is now sold out and I am completely out of luck. TWO SIDED APPAREL IS A SCAM. The owner’s socials are @twosidedapparel and @aleyarleque. SHE IS PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AS WELL. DO NOT SUPPORT HER OR HER BUSINESS.
