I have ordered 3 times from twincra.com and realized that although they show stuff is shipped and moving along on 17track.net but after delivery, nothing is delivered at all. I spoke to the USPS after they claimed delivery, and the USPS told me that they never received or delivered anything from them or even handled it. So twinCRA is not a scam but a criminal gang that has ways to somehow provide fraudulent information from other websites. Off course I never received anything on all three orders and all three showed progress as if they were shipped from China. I also lost my $300 in this experience. I would advise everyone to stay away from these scammers and if they know how to report them to authorities, please let me know. I think they have some balls to stay in scamming business for years.

On order 11272 I ordered a set of weights. Due to the pandemic they kept saying was delayed. Finally after two and a half months I did receive what was shipped. It wasn’t weight it was a 5 pack of cheap paper face mask. This site is definitely a scam and I would suggest not ordering anything from them

I also received sunglasses instead of weights. The company tries to give you a run around. I started a claim with paypal. what a mess!

I ordered a total gym that I’m still waiting on. When I got the package I received sunglasses as well . I emailed them back to let them know there mistake still waiting on my gym they gave me a tracking number but it needed a code witch they never sent. So I’ll emailing them again if I don’t receive my gym. Then I’ll need a refund

Same as others on here. You order something and it takes longer than expected. Also the "invoice" they email you doesn't show what you purchased. So thought i was getting weights and got sunglasses. So Paypal says, your package was delivered and so your claim is denied. Definitely dont order anything from them.

Twincra is a complete scam site.
I ordered a Gold's gym home gym set back in early March 2020.
March 15th, I get an email that the package is on its way. They gave me a link to a malicious website and a fake shipping company that nobody has ever heard of.
4 more weeks go by and no delivery.
I opened a case with Paypal against Twincra. I then get another email from them stating this:

"I am very sorry that the recent coronavirus has affected transportation. We cannot estimate the specific arrival time of the product."

Then they sent me the same exact shipping email from over a month before.

Here was my response:
Your company is the only one I have dealt with that is having a problem with shipment.
Coronavirus has not affected ANY of my other dozens of orders from all over the globe recently.
Refund my money.

This order is taking far too long to arrive. It has already been over a month past the day you said it was supposed to have been delivered.
I order items from China weekly and I get deliveries every other day. I don't care where in the world the gym is shipping from, it should have been here by now.
The tracking email that was sent to me is corrupt with malware and I've never heard of that shipping company.
You have 1 more week to deliver the home gym, then I'm going to move forward with PayPal and get a refund.

Buyer beware. and definitely use Paypal, or else you're sure to lose your money.

I almost pulled the trigger on a purchase in mid-March. They have a very professional website.

What made me suspicious was the shipping costs were also absurdly low (the product prices should have been a red flag too) considering I was also ordering weights, and then the email address on the other side of the paypal did not look right. I poked into the domain name and owner and that was also a bit off. Thankfully I did not make a purchase!

When I searched, I found this page, https://www.cyberbunkers.com/2020/03/twincracom-reviews-is-twincracom-scam.html . They have a solid list of things to look for in a site.

BEWARE EVERYBODY
Just want to tell everyone that company called https://www.twincra.com is a SCAM.
I have ordered dumbbells for 50 dollar USD. after 5 weeks when I did not get my delivery i inquired where I was told that my package is on its way. After 52 days I did receive a tiny envelop with the same tracking number.
There is no way two dumbbells can fit in this tiny envelop. When i opened the seal i found one disposable face mask in it.
This company is now claiming that the item has been delivered. As that's what the tracking information shows,
I am being cheated, they have charged me 50 dollars for nothing. This company is a fraud and a complete cheat. Stay away.

My wife had ordered me weights from twincra during this time where people are stuck home and are looking for ways to stay fit. The website looks legit, the products are legit and have details behind them but when the product came, I received two masks. I was suspicious as it said delivered in mailbox. I was wondering how 100 lbs worth of weights would fit in my mailbox. Obviously they could not and they actually sent a fake item. Their phone number is fake, they use a fake address but their website looks legit. I hope this will help someone else from being scammed and shut down these scammers.
