I ordered an item from tvoutlet.com. At checkout it asjed if I wanted to pay using PayPal - I declined and went on to enter my card details (proceeding without PayPal so not signing into my paypal account). Suddenly I get a blank screen with an error code. I go back to the tvoutlet.com site to re enter my account the purchase I thought I had made is still in my basket.

I then receive a PayPal receipt from somewhere in China payment is made to [email protected].

I have emailed tvoutlet twice I have had no response at all - my card company are involved and it would seem that the paypal information I have had is not legit it does not show on my paypal account as a transaction
