I had ordered 3 of the Tvidler ear wax cleaners as advertised on a YouTube ad. I never received an itemized invoice however noticed an additional charge for 4 additional units on my bank statement. I contacted the company to cancel the extra unordered units and was told they were already shipped (out of NY) and I would need to return (and would be charged 15% for restocking). Upon receipt of the product, I did not work as advertised. I decided to return 6 of the 7 units I received (I would keep the 1 opened/used item) and initiated the process with the company. The address provided for the return is it Lithuania and costs more to send the product back than the refund for returning. I feel this company intentionally added the products to my order with no itemized receipt knowing that I could not recoup the money by returning.

Tvidler.com is 100% a SCAM. The product does not work at all - it is supposed to be an ear wax cleaner. NOWHERE on their website does it say they are in LITHUANIA. They charged $4.95 to ship it to me in the United States, so there is absolutely no indication before ordering that in order to return the products, I would have to ship it to LITHUANIA.

They are scamming people in the United States via YouTube Ads (that's how I was introduced to this fraudulent company). It costs more to ship the product(s) back to them than what the items cost in the first place. They also have a 15% restocking fee policy. It is clear they purposefully designed their website and their policies to make it so no one will return items to them.

To recap, they advertise a scam product on YouTube. They claim on their website a whole bunch of amazing reviews (no negative reviews and also, I didn't notice before - but there is actually nowhere to write a review on their website) and an easy return process. What they leave off of their website is the product actually does NOT work at all as its intended, and they are located in Lithuania and you would have to return the product to a different country. They have an American phone number listed large on the website, further indicating that they are located in the U.S., which they are not.

I'm writing this to help others from getting scammed like me.

You click that you want just one set and no other add ons ( extra tips), you put in payment and instantly get confirmation that you just ordered 4 sets with a couple packs of extra tips. I immediately tried to cancel my order and was told an hour layer that I couldn't because my order was already processed. A few weeks later I re ended the package from the Illinois address and immediately requested a return for the rest of the product I didn't want. I wait days for people to respond and finally I'm given an address to send the return in Lithuania. Shipping would cost at least $80, for the $75 I didnt want to spend on product minus a 15% restocking fee. It's all gone in the trash. I just don't want more people getting scammed. I have already found another site they have with tons of complaints

Website adds on extra charges (and products), they do not allow orders to be cancelled even though the extras were added without consent.

1. They charge you four times the amount you agreed to.

I.E., I agreed to pay for one item at 25 CAD. However, after being prompted on their website four (4) separate times to purchase more and / or to purchase add ons I specifically clicked the link below the purchase link that stated no “thank you…”.

2. Their customer service pretends that they will rectify this within 24 hours when speaking to them over the phone.

3. Next, they notify you by email that they are unable to modify the order because the order goes straight to their warehouse (even though you called them seconds after the invoice is sent to you.

I ORDERED ONE EAR CLEANING PRODUCT FOR 19.99 and they are sending me 8 they already deducted 149.87 from my debit card. I keep calling and they said it was too late to change my order, even though I contacted them within 30 minutes after I ordered. I did not know while ordering that it was a business outside of the country or I would never of done this order.
