Someone with a number ending in 31 contacted me a year ago and offered me a subscription. I subscribed, and it was supposed to last until February 25, 2025. However, they stopped it on the 21st of this month.

When I asked the same person about it, he responded rudely and was very impolite. When I told him that their service was bad and that I wouldn’t subscribe again, he replied, "We don’t care if you subscribe. Go and find a service that matches your looks," implying that I am a bad person.

Do not subscribe with them! Their service is terrible, their customer support is awful, and their channels frequently stop working throughout the year.

it was said this business would let me have access to Arabic channels back home and said his app would give me access to those channels for 2 years for 80$ after a year it stopped working and I asked him about it and he told me that I only paid for one year's service and not 2 and said the employee who gave you that offer was fired and that my subscription was only for one year. and the payment method was through Zelle to someone named Bilal Alfaleh with zelle number 6146325740
