I applied online for tuscany village apartments and paid 140.93 for that. They emailed me later that evening last week and said congratulations for signing your new lease and it had a link to the app they use for the apartment tenants to file work orders and pay rent. I thought it was odd because I only filled out an application. I've been calling them and emailing them since last Friday and no one is responding. I feel this is a scam to steal money from people.
