I ordered something off of their website a couple of months ago for our business and then never received the item. When you look up Turn Key Irrigation online, there is an address of 1213 Old Bayshore Hwy, San Jose, CA 95112 that pops up, however, when you visit their website "www.tkdrip.com", they have their address listed as "1215 Old Bayshore Hwy, San Jose" instead. I made several calls to businesses in the area where they are supposedly located and no one has heard of them. Any calls made to the business phone number listed on the TKDrip.com website goes straight to an automated voice message system. I was able to get through to a person and not a voicemail during once instance, but when they answered and I asked "Is this TK Drip?", the person hung up immediately. Several attempts to email [email protected], which is listed on the website, returns an error message.
