Scooter ordered 2/28/2023. Today is 3/15/2023. Still no scooter. Talked with company support and they blame Fedex. Talked with Fedex and they blame TurboAnt. Nothing but finger pointing blame game. At this point TurboAnt refuses to refund my money after several attempts to rectify with no success.

Hard to reach them. No option to cancel online. 8% cancellation fee even if you want to cancel immediately after ordering.

The charge on the credit card will be from a foreign country (making users incur foreign transaction fee) and this fact is not specified anywhere on their website or during checkout.

25% restocking fee even when delivery is rejected (meaning the package is not opened by user and returned as is).
