Theft and fraud

They look so legit, the site doesn't give you a "too good to be true" vibe at all, but it is. I wish I had looked at bad reviews before I hit purchase. I am heartbroken, and now can't afford to buy my fiances wedding band.
No tracking information received, no email response, phone system just hangs up on you.
Bbb closed my report because they can't get in contact with them either. I'm so sick about this.

Update. Got the ring. Wayyyy to big, and obviously no contact. We had him sized so I knew what to order. This wasn't even close to fitting and obviously they're not going to refund if I return it. Plus the engraving was not the font I chose at all. Not even close. Looks like Disney writing.

Is on a loop. They are purposefully running out the the of the return policy. It’s a scam and it’s so sad they would do this to people for their weddings! Horrible please

Warranty is a scam

We bought to tungsten rings about 4 years ago. One of them accidentally dropped and broke, literally cracked in 2 places. I thought no big deal this place has a great warranty I’ll just send a message. After 3 days I try to call, the recording just loops saying to leave a message, but it will not let you it just hangs up. So I send a message through their “chat” even though nobody is available. I get a message from Jon saying their phone systems has been down for a while, but asked me how he could help. I replied, no response. I emailed him directly, no response. I message through chat again, no response. So disappointed in this scam warranty and website. I’ve reached out to Shopify to remove them because they are fraudulently advertising a warranty they have no intention of honoring. Shameful.

I got my rings but…

I ordered wedding bands for my husband and me from this site. We got the bands and they were beautiful, however, after the wedding we realized that we ordered a half size too small for both rings. Our bad! But, no problem, right? They say they’ll resize for life…. IF you can get them to respond to your emails. And as I have experienced personally, and as I now see here, that’s a big IF.
The link on their website to their returns form is broken, and I have gotten zero response from my email (same email address as others have mentioned). I’ve also gotten no response from the company (Thorsten) that made the rings. I contacted them because the invoice I got actually comes from them and they say that they also have a resizing for life warranty - little good that does me if they don’t respond either.

So, Tungstencraft.com may not be a TOTAL scam, but they definitely have zero intention of helping you if they don’t get it right the first time.
Buy your rings from someone else. I wish I had researched them before I made my purchase. Now I have to buy new wedding rings.

Edward, I'm so sorry this happened to you. This is honest to God the result of a disaster happening behind the scenes that kept going on for months, and I wasn't even aware of.

We've solved all of it going forward, but I'd also like to fix as many situations from the past as possible. So we'd like to give you a full refund, plus some store credit. Again, I am so sorry - it's all my fault for not looking into what was going on with my business.

I placed an order and fortunately, I used AfterPay. I never received my order. I emailed both the [email protected] and Jon Yildiz ([email protected]) and got one response saying they were looking into my order--but then I never heard back. A refund was issued, but I'm assuming it was only because I used a third-party system, and they didn't want another fraud investigation.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! IT'S A SCAM!! SHUT THIS WEBSITE DOWN!! I called my bank immediately reported the fraudulent company and they sent all info to their fraud department and I was granted a preliminary refund until they close the investigation. They will investigate this company and call me if they need additional info. They said this case will stay open for 90 days. We ordered the ring on March 22, 2021 and still no ring and no communication back from them AT ALL!!! Thank you to my bank for the refund.

My daughter ordered a ring and only received a thank you for your order text. With a guaranteed two day FedEx delivery. No tracking number was ever provided. After 5 days of no email confirmation and no ring arrived. I sent several message in the contact us section on the website and I never received a response. Furthermore, I was unable to mail Tungsten Craft their inquiries because there is no physical address listed on their website. The number on the website is an automated system that props you to leave a voicemail but you can not leave a message it takes you circles and circles, unable to leave a message. This was a horrible experience.

Bought a ring, had it engraved and everything, tried it on and when I took it off the inside pulled apart. Haven’t been able to contact or get a response. Tried all forms of contact but haven’t heard a word. They took the time to engrave the ring and place the order, but it’s obviously garbage quality.

Looked for a tungsten wedding band for my husband. Found this Website on the top of google search. When ring ordered it came in the wrong size plus looked cheap and fake, not tungsten quality we’ve seen in jewelry stores. Contacted website and they immediately sent us an email back with a PO BOX 404 E 1st St #1204 Long Beach CA 90802. Sent it in with a tracking number. They received it and I emailed and emailed about it and 2 weeks later I was ghosted and researched to find this is a scam website! Beware and do not loose your money!

I bought a $400 ring for my man. It arrived on time and everything was perfect. Except I bought a too small size and tries reaching out MULTIPLE times to the website to ask about resizing options. I heard heard back. I found their Facebook through the website and tried contacting them via Facebook messenger. Still no response. I contacted the manufacturer, thornsten, and they provided me with a phone number to call which turned out to be a different jewelry store. I am beyond frustrated and want my money back. I hope this site crashes

I ordered a $114 ring for myself because I got married. They sent me just an empty package! They were happy to take and keep all my money though. I've been trying to call and email for over a month with no response! I was able to obtain one name that runs the website, Jon Yildiz ([email protected]). He responded one time to me eventually and said he was sick with the virus and had no customer service agent because they quit. He said he was giving a refund but it's been over a week and I've gotten no money! Now he won't respond back to me. I'm highly upset and feel scammed! This is a bad business and even fraud I feel. STAY AWAY from tungstencraft.com!
