Type of a scam Online Purchase
I got an email with the tracking number, but it turned out to be shipping from China. After 22 days I received an oven mit barely worth $2. I emailed tried contacting the company via their website contact form, but that would not work so I emailed them directly and asked for a full refund. It took them 4 days to respond and said they admitted they sent the wrong item and could send the correct item. I responded and said no – just provide a refund. 5 days later they said they would cancel the item. 4 days after that I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge since I was getting nowhere. Today I had an email from the company via a different email address ([email protected]) with a new tracking number and they asked me to cancel my dispute. I advised them that I would not be canceling my dispute and that they had not listened to my requests to receive a full refund after sending the wrong item.
TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
