When your product fails- you need
To do more than offer a small discount to buy another one. If the first one sucked why would I buy another? How about replace the defective one?

I am disappointed . The second time I used my cup it started to peel. Now the picture is almost completely peeled off. I’ve only used it 7 times and it is washed my hand because I was trying to preserve it. For the price it should wear better. I spent over $40 with the shipping. The design was nice but clearly temporary. It’s like you all printed off a piece of paper and then put glue over it. The minute it was wet the picture peeled off. I tried to contact the company but now the link below doesn’t work for support . ?

I ordered 4 tumblers, 3 of which were the same (with the exception of the name) and another one of similar design. These items were purchased in early June and I still have not received all my order. To date, I've received 3 of the 4. These tumblers were very blurry when they arrived and not the quality expected for $22 plus dollars each. We have emailed this company almost daily (at least 3-4x per week) with little to no response. My next to last response from this company stated it was a delivery issue from our post office, which IS NOT the case. Then, after stating I'd followed up with the post office, they responded again and stated they'd follow-up on the last tumbler. This was over 3 weeks ago, and this company has yet to respond again. I am VERY dissatisfied and would not recommend this company.

I placed my order the end of June and still have not yet to receive it! It said on July 14th it was at my local post office and somehow now its back in China... This was a gift for my friends birthday. I emailed numerous times and keep getting the same automated response and trying to offer me a 20% off coupon.. I don't want your coupon I want my order and what you should do is refund me and send out my order at no cost ASAP if you want to keep my business and all of my Family n Friends.. Not happy at all!

I have to say for the wait it took to get my two cups I was very disappointed. Number one the cups did not have the glitter effect to them that the pictures made them seem like on the website, especially when I received them and no glitter was even on the cup design when I received them. Number two the cups do not keep things cool near as long as expected, does not even last a shift at work. Number three, most disappointing of all was it took over three weeks in shipping to receive, which should not of I happened. I even had to contact the company to get the cups to my address, which was correct on the order and apologies were made at all when a complaint was made. Not to mention it took over two months total from when they took my money to get the cups, which I consider way too long and a scam!

I waited 1 month before I emailed them to see if my order was being processed. Amazingly the very next day I received an email stating it was being shipped. 10 more days later the mug arrived. It had a cheap looking wrap-around sticker on it that may not be dishwasher safe. What’s worse… it looked nothing like what I ordered (see attached photos). I emailed these same photos asking them to make it right. The next day I got a response expressing regrets and offering a 20% refund. I rejected the offer and ask for either what I ordered or a full refund… the next day I got the same EXACT automated email response with a different made-up American name. My final email was more harshly worded demanding my money back. They countered at a 30% refund offer (which brought the price of my mug down to $20). OR I could pay for shipping to Lien Chau, Thanh Oai, Hanoi, Vietnam then they would refund. I decided an ugly bird in hand is better than throwing MORE good money after bad for shipping and HOPING this overseas operation refunds my money. This ugly thing is going to be a gift so I figure I don’t have to look at it anyway. It’s the thought that counts I guess, right? This is in no way worth $30+. They did issues my negotiated refund however they rounded it down to the nearest dollar which ended up not being the full 30% they promised.

I ordered a personalized mug on June 7th for my anniversary 3 weeks later. I had gotten emails about how it was printed, and sent for shipment and etc. It is now July 9th and I still don't have it in the 7-12 business day timeframe. My USPS shipping has said waiting for shipment information for the last 3 days. My first email to customer service was answered quicky and I was given another 20% off coupon, but no apology or reasoning for the delay. "We are a brand new company and are overwhelmed with orders goes a long way" "We are having staffing issues due to coronavirus" "We are having supply issues due to shipment delays" hey heres another 20% off code so you can wait 2 months for your next order does nothing

I got my mug yesterday, It looks smaller than what I pictured and one of the guys stating it is a sticker is somewhat accurate. I dont think it can ever go in the dishwasher. It is exactly what I ordered however.

Once I opened a Paypal case the cup magically arrived, the shipping is stating still awaiting information on the site. Every communication in Paypal was please close the case and Covid is causing this.

I also highly question the Made In the USA on their site. I think why it is taking so long is all the work is done overseas and then shipped to Arizona for disbursement. There are no markings on the mug, so I cant tell. I am trying not to buy anything from China currently was one of the reasons I was attracted to this product.

Ordered 2 "insulated mugs" on 6/5/2020. Can you guess how many I have received? 0 - yep ZERO. When I reached out to the company all I could find was an email address to respond to and they never respond. So this is a big bummer. I ordered for my daughter's birthday. So disappointed - will be contacting my bank and cancelling the charge as I never got the products. If anyone can tell me a better way to contact them that would be great.

On June 7th, I ordered my husband a personalized 20oz tumbler, it was supposed to be a fathers day present. Over the next couple days, I received emails about my order. On June 17th, they said product was done, and ready to ship. A week later on June 24th, I recieved an email with tracking number. This "tracking number" continues to say they are waiting for the product to arrive at USPS. After several emails, and now its July 8th, they will no longer respond to my emails, the tracking number continues today the same thing!

I’m in the same boat. My order was placed June 10, and still don’t have my tumbler. The tracking doesn’t show anything for the mail, but then I found out it was coming through UPS mail innovations, so I checked the tracking through UPS, and it shows my package is in Arizona, and it hasn’t moved for 2 weeks! I’ve emailed Tunblerica, and they tell me to be patient! Well, it’s been a month / I should have it by now! I don’t know what else to do...

Saw the ad on FaceBook and I ordered a mug for my Nephews birthday on 6/7... on 6/24 I received an email from them stating the order shipped . As of today, 7/3 the USPS still does not have the package . I will be disputing this charge on tuesday.

I ordered a cup and after threatening several times it arrived today. Horrible. It is a sticker. A sticker that I could have made on my Cricut. The picture shows sparkles and shiny. Nothing. The picture is dull and a sticker. They make the picture look like epoxy cups which is what I thought I ordered. Return address said Arizona. I want my money back. Worst $35 I have ever spent.

I am outraged! I order a mask 2 months ago and have not received it yet! You guys a scammers! I have emailed them and they sent me a faulty tracking number and I reported to PayPal and nothing was done! Horrible customer service with a bunch of excuses. They said it was being shipped from China and that's why it's taking so long! This was the worst experience!
