I create tufted rugs, I was looking for a new gun and I ran past this post in the group I follow on Facebook of this business trying to get rid of some tufting guns. I did a little research and at first it seemed legitimate, I ordered 170 dollars worth of an item, it was shipped to my location but the item was defective and didn’t work. I tried contacting the business owner and they completely manipulated the situation saying I don’t know what I’m doing when I’ve been doing it for 6 months now. I then tried to see if I was the only person this happened to and I am indeed not the only person. They have done this to 25 other people and they reached out like I did and they had the same results, and the guy ended up blocking each of them. I’m at a loss of words and sucks because that Money could have gone to something more important instead of an ignorant person.
