Phone calls with a masking of Tucson Electric Power {TEP} phone number. They say that they are going to disconnect our electric within 30 minutes unless we call and pay. When you call, it is an identical set up to TEP's answer setup. Then you get a representative that asks for your phone number and then verifies your address. They ask for your account number. Then, they told me I owed over $700. I had already called TEP because my business has electronic bill payment. They called my business 3 times. I called them back to find out more information but they hung up on me.
