We were in need of a merchant service for our new business. We signed up for TSYS under the impression that we would be getting changed a set fee and nothing else. Once we got started and continued to use TSYS we were charged more than what they had told us. The percentage increased and the monthly bill increased as well. We had tried to cancel our account numerous times since the beginning of 2020. We had called, emailed, sent in letters of cancellation. We even talked to the supervisor who had told us that they would take care of it and we wouldn't be seeing any more charges. Although the charges continued through 2021 even though we had tried to cancel our account and no longer used their services.
