I wanted to sign up for TSA pre-check for faster service in the airport through security. I learned that my credit card covered the expense of $85 to do this. I didn't know the exact dollar amount though so when I stumbled upon this website I assumed I was on the right website. I wasn't. They charged me $149 to process the application that is completely free to submit on the right website. I have emailed them to get a refund but of course they are not interested in working with me. They also have information about me now because I filled out the application.

I just had the same thing happen, Their site gave me an error message when i entered my credit card info and acted like it never charged me however it did. They did email me the appointment time for the interview but I could have done the same thing in the same amount of time. BUYER BEWARE. I emailed asking for a refund, they offered to refund $75 of it. I am thinking about disputing the charges with my credit card company but now I am worried that I gave them my info.
