Saw commercial advertising product. Went to the website, ordered product. No order confirmation, no shipping number. Attempted to call customer service, it is a recording only. Emailed customer service, no response.

Ordered the Inscents Waterfall for $19.99. They added a buy 2 get one free 300 inscents cones without me ordering the cones and charged me for it. When I attempted to cancel the order, which was right away, they refused and instead said they would give me a deal on this thing I didn't even order (the cones). I told them to cancel the order and they said it was not their policy, they would send the product, take the money, and then I could return the product for a full refund. I tried to cancel the payment through paypal, but they can not stop the payment until the product has been delivered. If you need more info please call me (********* *******) at ************. Thank you for your time. This is a TERRIBLE company.
