Type of a scam Phishing
When I tried to check out the total was $19.97. So I paid the price and a couple of weeks later I got another charge for $99.97 for the ear buds. I called and disputed the charge the guy said the $19.97 was for a subscription but he wouldnt say for what then I told him I wanted a refund and he told me there was no refund. I told him I wanted to return the product and he told me there were no refund policies. I told him I wanted to talk to a supervisor and he said there was no supervisor but him. So I am trying to file a complaint with the ScamPulse.com but the phone numbers are not in the database and the only other information is a W behind the phone number.
