Saw the add on instagram and checked out website. Based on credibility stated on IG (sold in major retailers) along with credible magazine reviews on website I made an order. After a few days I reached out through their websites contact info and emailed them. They didn’t reply. I tried reaching out to them through instagram as well. They replied shortly after I asked instagram To investigate their page as fraud. They gave me an excuse that there was a warehouse fire and said that the order should be here shortly. That was on 10/31. I replied again shortly after their response and my email said it was undeliverable.. original order was placed on 9/30.

I saw an online add for their product. I placed the order on Oct 1. I got a confirmation number but did not get confirmation that it was shipped. I waited a couple of days and on Oct 4, 2023 I emailed them that my package seemed stuck. They responded the order was received and would ship in 3-5 days. I checked and there was no update. On Oct 13 I emailed again saying there was no tracking email. They did respond that they had had a factory fire and all orders were delayed. They offered me a $10 credit off another order and sent an ad to me. So at that point I realized there might be a problem. However they changed the status of my tracking to shipped. So it appeared to be in transit. Their shipping tracker is really odd also. Then it just never moved from that status. I emailed them a final request for a refund on Oct 30 and they refused to refund, saying the order had shipped to me. So it is clearly a scam. I have requested my bank to refund me the money but it is under investigation which will take weeks. I think I will get my money back from the bank, but I want to protect anyone else from this scam. Attached are screenshots of my email correspondences and my 'shipped' order - stuck since Oct 18. I made a purchase on September 29th 2023 and I have still yet to receive my order I paid $31.46. This is absolutely ridiculous. I received an email saying that there was a fire in the warehouse, and that my order would be to me soon I still have yet to have it.

I have tried multiple times to upload a word doc here and it does not work:( Sep 21, 2023, 3:38?PM I ordered from Try.Rebel:(Order #REBEL27614 confirmed) which was from: Rebel [email protected] via ksd1.klaviyomail.com. They charged my CC. But I never received a follow up email with shipping details:( I emailed them on 9-29: Hello, I have requested information on my order #REBEL27614 on 9-21-23 that I still have not received.
