Got a text message from someone claiming to be with Truven Health Analytics, introduced himself as Jordan Turvek. Told me via text that his company had seen my resume, and selected me for an interview. I responded that I was interested. Then I got a reply telling me that this was not (truly) an Administrative Assistant position, but rather data entry from home. The offer as stated claimed that they would pay me 22$ per hour for training, and $35 per hour once fully employed. Then I was instructed to create a Google Hangouts profile in order to conduct the interview. My instincts said, "scam" so I responded with a "thanks, but no thanks" and blocked the contact.
