I ordered from Trusty Electronics and paid $209.98 on 5/28/2022. They kept telling me they were waiting on the product to come in and never did. I ask for a refund and still have not received it. They no longer respond to email. Reading the other complaints it appears we have all been scammed! Why can't Scammers be stopped?

You order something and it never comes-- some creep who calls himself Brad Smith
will email you with apologies and nonsense about his family problems or trouble with delivery carriers. I It's all garbage-- I finally told this pig to enjoy his money in hell

I ordered online & never received the item. I emailed & was told there was a delay due to "Family issues" I never received the item. I emailed & was told "we're Working on it." I never received the item. I emailed & said I want a refund. They agreed. I never received a refund. Emails are being ignored.

Do Not buy from Trusty Electronics!! I had ordered their Samsung DVD/VHS recorder and bundle on 05/02 with a supposed 5-7 days shipping. After almost 3 weeks, I e-mailed "Brad" asking where it was. Was told some story about family issues and was being shipped. After an additional e-mail, I received just the recorder from an Ebay seller! (I hadn't ordered it from them!). Not only that,it was the wrong recorder.(It was supposed to be a Samsung DVD-VR325,but I received the DVD-V5500). As of now there has been no instruction book, no HDMI converter,and the connections are wrong.

They have stopped responding to my e-mails. Also,I got a call since I had a fraud alert on my credit reports, telling me someone tried to open a vacation mastercard using my information. Interesting Huh?

They should be prosecuted for taking my $209.00
