I ordered the Skip Hop Activity Center in 7/8/20 for $102.23 via pay pal. It said it was paying someone by the name of Truong Congress Cahn. I have tried to access Trustsold website and my login credentials don’t work now and when I try to have password sent to my email it never goes through. I have called and emailed and the voicemail is a robot that says something like “my name could not be identified”. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WESBITE!

I purchased SKIP HOP ACTIVITY CENTER FOR MY BABY ON 7/06/20 for the amount of $101.75 through TrustSold.com and it appears to have been credited to a person by the name of VU THI LUA. After trying to get a hold of this company with no success via phone or email I realized that this was a SCAM. I paid with Pay Pal & just filed a claim today will await to see what will happen with this situation. Be cautious as this website seems to be legit but it is a total SCAM.

I ordered a Step 2 grill for my grandson. I am unable to get a hold of anyone from Trustsold.com. Frustrated. This company appears to be a scam. I have attempted to sent messages. It always comes back can not be delivered. Trying to figure out how to attempt to get my money back.

I saw an ad for a product I was looking for, it was available at a discount on TrustSold.com. The website appeared legitimate, so I purchased the product using my credit card, then attempted to call the toll free number on the website to ask a question. The call was answered by a woman who said she was not associated with TrustSold but had recently begun receiving a lot of similar calls from people who had ordered things. The day after my purchase the same credit card used on TrustSold was fraudulently uses to subscribe to a streaming movie service. Emails to the company have not received a response.
