I was called and told that a builder wanted to buy my timeshare, and offered me a great price. As we went through the closing, more & more monies were asked to be wired....tax ID, capital gains, state tax, customs clearance) and now they were looking for an insurance bond.....Unfortunately I already lost approx $20k and causes major suspicion. I came to this ScamPulse.com site and saw the exact same company do this to other people......it needs to stop.

They called me saying a buyer was interested in purchasing my Mexican timeshare. Victoria Sanders, Zane Carter and William Work were the names of people with whom I spoke. Money was put in an escrow account. They asked me to send additional funds to cover various Mexican government requirements. I stopped after the first money transfer, unfortunately I didn't stop sooner. They work with Escrow Holdings LLC in St. Louis MO. Anthony Bruno(?) was the contact there. They issued statements from the Santander Bank in Mexico.

Received a phone call from 6172022737 from a man named “Randy Webb” from “trust real estate corporation “. He asked if I was willing to sell my timeshare to the developers for $38000. Right away red flags went up. I said I would do my due diligence. I viewed website and originally it looked legit but then there were some discrepancies. For one, the gentleman talking was computer generated. The building that they allegedly reside in doesn’t list them as occupants. Also whenever you call the number, there is no directory. I entertained the correspondence until they asked for $3500 out of pocket to pay for an SRE VISA. I told them to use the “escarow “ money. And when I called them out on their scam, he started getting frustrated. Please people if it sounds too good to be true it is

Received a call on 4/6/2023 from Sergio Ayala representing Trust Real Estate Corp, Boston Ma. He new I had a "timeshare" with Legendary Resorts with all locations in Mexico, and asked me questions like how many weeks do I have, is it paid for, any extras included. We talked about 20 min. He gave me his contact info and said I would receive an email with proposal if his client accepted it. Today I got the proposal with a much higher amount than what I paid. I did due diligence and checked the MA BBB, phone#, address, website, and found nothing wrong. I figure if it's too good to be true, it is. What saved me is an article I found online about a real estate agent being scammed on his time share in Mexico. He said he also found no issues after doing research. His was in Phoenix AZ. He explained he signed proposal and they kept asking for taxes due, and all other fees Mexico required. They sent bank statements showing his deposit. But after 10 months and 24K later he figured it was a scam. His scenario is just like mine so I refused the proposal.
