I ordered a software subscription for Microsoft Office (home, student, etc). The site said that the download with the product key would be e-mailed to me within 30 minutes....it has been over 6 hours and nothing has been sent except for an offer for an "identity protection plan" This "reeks" of an attempt to attain peoples' personal information.
