Trust Collision Center are Scammers

I was recently in a car accident last month and after a couple of days of my car being at Trust Collision Center I got a notice from the DMV of a pending lien and I called them and they told me thats normal procedure. My lawyers made them write a letter saying they wont sell my car or charge storage fees if my car gets fixed there. After my car being there a month or so they finally started repairs, but only after they said they found something else wrong with the car. This is something I see often in their reviews. So it took maybe a week longer than it should’ve for them to start repairs. I call them to ask when it’ll be done. They tell me next week Thursday. I call 2 days ahead to make sure that day is still good. Then they say Friday because they’re waiting on a part for the suspension and it would be there by then. I call Thursday to confirm and then the say now its Monday because of the rotor part they ordered. Notice how it ended up being 2 different parts. I call Monday to ask when do I pick up my car. “Oh we haven’t got the part for the suspension yet”. See now its the suspension again. I suspect my car may or may not be fixed good at this point. So Tuesday comes and it’s finally ready then guess what. “Oh we only take cash or Zelle.” Fishy because once you send money on Zelle there is no refund. And not much people carry 2,000-3,000 dollars on them daily. A auto repair shop in 2023 should accept card. They say they don’t accept cards because people kept disputing the charges. I’m thinking to myself now after reading all the negative reviews about this place. Well of course they dispute these charges! You guys are a horrible service and lie to all your customers! I doubt other people's car actually get fixed. There’s nothing but unfixed cars in that parking lot. A whole lot. They are trying to sell your car or get a dumb amount of money from your pockets. The day they get sued will be the day they feel sorry. If you have been got by them post anywhere you can to raise awareness about this place.

This place is scamming people that are in car accidents they towed my car which was one street away from their establishment and told me it would be $180.00 and to leave my car over night would be $100.00 when my insurance company called they change the towing price to $400.00 and changed the overnight price to $250.00 they refuse to release my car to my insurance because they claim they only accept cash and the bill is now $3,000.00 upon speaking with someone else they said they had the same issue and was also asked to pay $3,000.00 this place is feeding off of people's weakness after people like me are in a car accident. This place is scamming people and insurance companies I'm glad my insurance is helping me but I feel i need to speak up for any other victims. My car is still at this shop and they are making the insurance give them cash to release my car which is outrageous. I have yet to get my car fixed because of the scams this place is doing. I saw multiple car in this establishment and I'm sure they are all victims of this guy Al scams. He shows up to crash scenes and acts like he wants to help and thats just awful to prey upon others weaknesses. Please look into this shop I beg you.
