Face Shield.

Ordered a face shield from Trupido back in Oct 2021. $52.00 Have received no product, no reply to emails. Got duped! Wish I had been able to find reviews at that time to determine if this was a bona fide company. Sadly it was a SCAM! Hopefully these reviews will help others to avoid being ripped off by these shameless people. Trying not to use expletives!

I came across this new High-tech Faces Shield product on Pinterest. Everything that it shows on Trupido.com, was a lie. The mask is nothing that the advertisement shows. No Bluetooth, no Earbuds, and no charging system for the mask. It doesn't even come in the box or carrying case that they show. I have been trying to contact Trupido.com, and even leave a review. No reply back and my review won't even post. I have a lot more images if needed to prove false advertized item.

Follow up after refund requested after being told 4 to 6 weeks to get from. Warehouse in Asia they said it was delivered and I would have to track it down. SCAM. Should have read reviews before ordered.

I placed an order for a privacy screen after seeing their advertisement on pinterest. I ordered 2. A few days later I emailed to get the eta on order. They said they were out of stock and that it would have to come from China. I immediately tried to cancel before it shipped. They wouldn't cancel. When the product finally arrived it was not as advertised and I requested a refund. They sent the return label and I shipped it back which got to them in 2 days. Now they won't return my money and are giving me the run around. Products are not as advertised and they keep your money so your out 2 things. Should have seen the reviews on Google before I purchased and I would have known they were scammers. Attaching a photo. It's supposed to be a huge and full privacy screen that looks like a bush. It's a 4th the size as advertised and bare.
