Scammer created a website impersonating the business of Truncali Farm Equipment Corp, which is a legitimate business registered with the New York Department of State since August 1, 1968. The actual owner of the farm reported it to the New York State Police and I am sending this on his behalf as an Investigator with the NY State Police. Scammer utilized the farm's actual address, but a phone number and email address not connected to the farm. The website appears to have listings for various types of heavy equipment for sale in order to scam individuals using the Truncali Farm Equipment name. Based on a brief internet search, the individuals are using previously listed classified ads from other websites to scam individuals.
