Last year I ordered a silicone real life reborn baby. Months and months later I finally got it and clearly was not the doll that I originally thought I was buying for my daughter. The disappointment on my little girls face who was so looking forward to what we ordered broke my heart and still made me feel like I disappointed her. It was very embarrassing and shameful on this company to be scamming people like they are. When asked for a return and money back they stated that it was the exact doll with different clothes. Clearly it was not the same doll. They also said no returns and it would cost more to return the doll.

My husband ordered me a doll for Christmas and when I got it the box was caved in. The so called clothes were in a ball shoved in the box. The doll looks like she is deformed on her face and feet especially. I Love my dolls and have collected them for years. This is the only time I have ever received something that looks this bad. I hated hurting my husband’s feelings, so I didn’t say much about it. Just told him Thank You and I was very grateful he did that for me. He didn’t know and really tried. Sadly I have a doll that looks like total crap. I’ve never seen such a poorly so called made doll. Stay away from this company. All they are doing is stealing your money and sending you pieces of crap.

I ordered three 24inch dolls with silicone bodies with a live heartbeat and they send me some crap as if it came from the 2cent store mind you that I order from them back in November around the 24th sometime mannnn I’m truly upset my heart is broken to see this

I ordered from this website and everything seems fishy. I so far have not received a doll in the mail and I am not able to track the order. This company does not have a phone number to call. They give a contact email for customer support. When I asked where my doll is they responded back with poor English. And did not give me an answer. They send me many emails per day trying to get me to buy more dolls at a great price. The subject of the emails will say things like, “about your order.” And then their will be absolutely no information about my order. Only great, likely fraudulent, deals to try to get me to order more dolls from them. It’s very sad. I wonder how many others are also getting scammed by these guys.

Terrible quality never buy from them .
I ordered 7 dolls none of them are what I ordered they were suppose to be all different reborns as I am a collector
4 of them were exactly the same and the 7th one was delivered to Alice springs I live in Victoria this is not auspost fault as this rotten company had an Alice springs address on the package

The doll I have is nothing like the doll I ordered in the picture. I contacted them about it and they WASNT willing to refund or exchange. I am very disappointed. My daughter cry and cry because she was so excited and her feelings are hurt that it’s not what she wanted and it cost so much.

I'm 15 yrs old, I was getting my first ever reborn. I ordered one of the Avatar babies, a FULL silicone one. SHE came in just as a baby doll, not silicone. and she has a pp when I ordered a girl. I'm not mad she is still super cute. just wish I had done some research before spending 100 bucks on a scam.

I ordered a doll from this website and after 3 months received the doll. But it was not the doll I ordered! I was so disappointed. I asked them if I could return the doll and they said it was going to cost me $50 to return it. I paid $100 for the doll! They said they would give me $20 and send me some new clothes for the doll, which I have not received and never will! This company is terrible and I recommend that everyone never order a doll or anything from them. They are a scam.

I purchase a doll for my niece for Christmas and still have not received it. I've email the link listed concerning the delivery and received a response Dec 22, that it was shipped. December 24, I received another email with a tracking number stating it was shipped that day. The tracking order says it's in Forest Park, GA. Which it's stated that since December 24. I recently tried to call the customer service number (which the number has a Washington DC area code however the answering service says they're located in California) and after being on hold for 5 minutes it disconnects the call. This company is a complete scam. This is wrong! And heartless to disappoint so many children.

I wish I had read these posts before buying from them.Same story they sent some cheap wrong doll.SKU numbers are so far off,there is no way that is accidental.They of course have not responded to any of my emails as of yet.I will continue to hound them,and file a dispute with my credit card company.I dread the look of disappointment on my granddaughters face when she doesn't get the doll she handpicked as her Christmas present.

The same exact thing happened to me I purchased two dolls totaling $201. I only received 1 doll nobody can provide me with any tracking information for the other doll. Nobody has responded back to any of the serval email I’ve sent. I actually had to contact PayPal they are working on getting my money back the first two are the dolls I ordered the bottom one in the striped shirt is what I received

AWFUL! I placed an order online to make sure I received it before Christmas to give to a little girl I am buying presents for as her family does not have the money. Per the Truly Reborn Baby website states "Ships within 48 hours and Arrives within 3-7 days". I ordered back on December 7th and my order has not even been shipped yet which should have happened within 48 hours of me placing the order. I emailed their customer service email listed on their website TWICE asking for an update on my order and never received an email back from anyone. I then tried calling and finally got a hold of someone after their line hung up on me with the mono-tone "goodbye" multiple times. When speaking with the agent I was told my package STILL has not even been shipped out from the store yet and that it would be 7-14 days until I receive my order after its shipped. I am so upset with this company and their false information, what was supposed to be a big gift for a girl I am trying to give a good Christmas is now ruined.

I ordered a doll from truly reborn dolls and exactly like above described I ordered a blonde doll and I got a hideous brown straw hair doll and I ordered a pink set of clothes For $50 I got a boy set And they offered me 10% off my next purchase lol I said I won’t order again then $10 then $20 and a doll outfit.. then they deleted my account from their website so I could not review my doll! Awful ! I also never received anything no refund no doll clothes nothing! SCAM on the left is doll I ordered on right is the thing I got my daughter doesn’t even touch it.. people come over and say it’s ugly and ask if I paid for it!

I ordered two dolls, totalling $192, from this company. When I received them, they looked nothing like the dolls I ordered. The very next day I emailed the company to request a refund, but seller requested pictures, which I provided. I’ve been emailing back and forth and are told and explained that the clothes or props are different. Each reply from the seller doesn't answer my question. I’ve requested confirmation that I will received a refund once I return the dolls, but no answer. I've tried calling the seller during office hours, but I get the same recorded message each time to call them back during office hours! PLEASE NOTE, that after much research and examination of the photos, most of the babies in the seller's website are in fact REAL babies and not dolls. I’ve attached photos. The first two photos are the dolls I ordered. The third and fourth photo, are the dolls I received. Since their return policy reads: “Please note that your return must be undamaged, unused, and will not affect the reselling of the product” my concern is that I will not receive a refund because I will be told that the product is damaged. I have gone ahead and mailed the dolls, and hope to get a refund. The first two photos are the dolls I ordered. The third and fourth photos, are the dolls I received.

I posted almost the exact same story.

They offered me $10! I offered to have their export license to the USA revoked! I have submitted their address and details to the BBB and Fraud Department of the FBI. Something or nothing g may come of it , but it made me feel better!

I purchased two dolls and when I received them, they looked nothing like the dolls I ordered. I have emailed the seller at least 10 times to return the dolls, but I keep getting push back and they won't provide a return label or confirm a refund. The pictures of the first two dolls are the ones I ordered. The second two are the dolls I received.

I had the exact same experience as the poster below. The dolls took weeks to arrive, and looked nothing like the ones pictures. This is their "Sloane" doll, which is supposed to be blonde, with hazel eyes. "Kinsley" lost both arms and an eyelash within a week. They also offered me $10 and a doll outfit. When I said that wasn't sufficient, they offered a generous "20." Outrageous. They also told me I could ship them back for a refund, but that "it will be very bad for you." ($70).
