The only thing demonstrably true about TruLife Distribution is that they are truly a scheming, dishonest, corrupt, and unethical company that will promise you whatever you need to hear so you can pay them tens of thousands of dollars (or, more), and fail to provide you with the: what, how, and when you require to operate and grow your business.

What About You? Thinking About Hiring Them?
BEWARE! (Unless you don’t care about your money, or your investors’ money, or your reputation, or about the people working with you who depend upon your good judgment...)

How would you feel, what might you think, and most importantly, what would you do if and when an existential position you needed to hire -- and the sales and marketing agency you considered to hire -- deliberately and repeatedly misled you . . . lied to you . . . set up and maintained a carefully constructed claim that they were responsible for many of their clients’ successes . . . and required you to pay them tens of thousands of dollars?

In short, you were fraudulently induced to depend upon that agency to grow your company -- and even to keep it alive. In short, they intentionally took your money, yet did not possess the resources, intelligence, experience, connections, methods, nor the experienced team to deliver the results you needed.

Would you be so upset at yourself for not digging deeper to qualify them . . . to examine the facts that there were already numerous other defrauded clients who published their factual losses as caused by that swindling agency? What would you say to your team...to your investors...to your customers?

TruLife Distribution (aka, “TLD”) in Florida is precisely that villainous, heinous, and lawbreaking global sales and marketing agency. They so deliberately misrepresented their capabilities that you lost tens of thousands of dollars while they perpetrated this same criminal scheme on naïve others. (Woe to any company based outside of the United States!)

If you want to be the next person and company that gets duped, by all means: Don’t do your due diligence. Don’t ask to speak directly with at least three of their current clients who have been their paying client for at least six months. Don’t ask to speak with at least another three of their former clients...Then you deserve the pain and suffering that TLD did to my family business.

I’m SO SORRY you went thru this. Brian Gould and TLD has destroyed so many lives and businesses, mine included, because I fell for the deception that taking my product to ECRM shows would ensure my product placement in major retailers. As an international business and being completely unfamiliar with the US markets and regulations he contacted me via email telling me that his “network” of representatives from various retailers had expressed interest in placing a select few products in their nutritional supplementation catalog and that they tasked his company exclusively with this position. He felt that my product met all of the requirements expressed to him by the retailers and wanted to begin discussion on my level of interest in working together. He made it all seem so polished in the initial presentation, communications and ultimately taking me and my business partners out on our own money that we didn’t seek any further depth, a GROSS ERROR on my part and it didn’t take long for it to unravel after he was paid… To call this out right fraud is an understatement. He then threatened us with frivolous lawsuits when we parted ways and attempted to express our views via google review and other outlets. This happened to my business a year ago and cost us tens of thousands! I have no idea how this criminal organization is still operating.

WARNING for potential customers:

This companies entire business model thrives on the preys lack of understanding of how the US market works. They will take your money and then when you attempt to share your experiences via the web they will threaten you with bogus and frivolous lawsuits which they then use to write PR campaigns about you online. They have no intentions of following thru on the lawsuits, it’s to costly for them to pursue so they just use it as a scare tactic to get you to go away so they can continue their con. This company should have been shut down the moment it was opened. The reviews are fake. He buys them and or has “friends” write them for him.

Annoying company that uses spambots to abuse contact forms on wordpress websites. Not only does it show rudeness, it also shows that they have no clue about European regulations.

Obviously the company and Danielle K. "Marketing Specialist" have been reported.

Edit: After investigation: clearly all other google reviews are bought reviews/bots, be careful if you're considering becoming a customer.

Considering you claim that my allegations are false I supplied the google review team with the data from my security hub.

I also noticed your reply about false claims is the same on all customers and people you contacted across all websites where you can leave reviews. Guess everyone must be lying...right?

Brian Gould and TruLife Distributors are a TOTAL SCAM

I have a nutraceutical company focused on immune stimulators. I entered into a contract with Brian Gould and TruLife Distributors in 2021. Gould and his scam operation promised that they could get my products into national chain stores and national on retailers.
I invested over $85,000 in this project with TruLife.
TruLife informed me that they sent out monthly press releases to promote my products and had national product "shows" to introduce my products to national retailers. This was all bogus.
This company is a total scam operation.
Don't do business with Gould or his company!

We had the same experience through 2021-22. Unfortunately we believed the sales pitch of Brian Gould and his sales manager/ colleague Jimmie Carmicie... All promises -no delivery. We are a New Zealand based company and have an FDA registered OTC 100% natural pain relief cream www.Rapid-Ease.com that we wanted to introduce to retailers & consumers. We launched in the US in March 2020 just as Covid 19 hit -so couldnt travel to pitch to retailers directly. We had been looking at Brian Gould's fathers company but didnt get a reply from them. A few months later we got a call from TLD sales person, then had various online meetings with Brian & some of his "team". Brian emphasised his huge retail network and his years of attendance at ECRM with retail buyers who apparently loved him... We agreed to a 6 month contract but got no results in that time - just lots of lines on a spreadsheet with cold calls to retailers. They did pitch to buyers at ECRM but got no results. We agreed to extend for another 3 months while we were waiting for the ECRM results...but again no results. We invested over $100K NZD in monthly fees, PR and digital marketing ...with zero retail sales results. They also failed to pay us for monthly website sales for months at a time and at the end tried to charge us an extortionate fee for removing the stock, then as a final blow destroyed our stock without permission. By comparison, when I realised TLD was not working, I was able to list on www.rangeme.com which allowed me to pitch directly to retail buyers by zoom. I pitched to the enormous CVS ! and they were interested in receiving stock and elevating to senior management. But when I asked TLD to send samples to their buyers they destroyed all the stock - just to thwart us.
So we unfortunately our experience -they promised us they had the networks, experience and contacts to deliver results and charge large fees with absolutely no retail sales results. Not only this - When I posted our experience on google reviews they threatened legal action. My advice - tread very carefully...

Brian should lied about his credentials. He has no record of transcripts or degree completion programs anywhere and definitely NOT at Florida Atlantic University. If this guy lies about his education what else is he attempting to defraud victims over?

What's your credentials? You are not even a real person because anyone that actually knows Brian would tell you that his father was his mentor since he was 12. Btw his father didn't even graduate from H.S. You do not need a degree to be successful. Obviously, you must be someone that spent 12+ years to be a professional student and you just have your diploma's on your wall to be proud of - yet no real work experience just a bunch of debt that you are begging Biden to now wipe it all clean from Americans hard earned tax dollars.

To whom it may concern we have never heard of this company or individual. This is just another false attempt to ruin the good reputation of our business as we were being wrongly cyber attacked. Any and all legal issues between him and his father ( previous employer ) have been resolved over a year ago. Total scam company defrauds international clients using false marketing, advertising and promises that can’t be followed through on. His office is virtual and rented by the hour. He has no real staff it’s just him and people he knows using their names to create the illusion of a staff. Google Brian Gould lawsuits. TruLife distribution lawsuits. He claims this whole “cyber attack” is something new but it looks like his business has had issues dating back over 18 months from not paying his VP of Sales, being sued by other businesses. The guys a total fraud. Check out the reviews on trust pilot and google! WOW!
