We were told that our phone lines and ip address were hacked and we were forced against our will to make unwanted purchases that has deprived us of all our money. We were told to keep quiet and put the phone in our pocket, we were also said that there was a clampi virus on our computer and that a source from China had bought illegal transactions, child pornography that would put us in Federal Prison for 7-8 years, and we were fearful and worrisome. They posed as the Truist bank and forced us while my mother(I am the son of her writing this) was on break to NOT EVEN finish her shift, not only everyone was worried at her work but we were told to keep our mouth shut. We were pushed and forced to purchases we didn't even want to make. Next month I'll be attending college but the financial situation of my family to provide for me for activities and more is now all at risk. Moreover, my mom will not be able to pay car insurance and utility bills as well, please please , we need your help more than ever, we cannot continue to live with such burden that will not effect us now, but the future, this is hard earned money that my family lost, and sacrificed for, and now it is gone in an instant. We understand the circumstances now after researching but we never knew about such schemes. We persuaded under a "duplicate transaction" explanation to combat the hackers' purchases and now we are even in a greater hole. We are begging please respond quickly the same number called us as well, 917-580-4157. Please, we have all the receipts, evidence and information, we just want to restore our funds and catch the criminals behind this. The numbers used in this scam is 844-487-8478(was disguised under the Truist number), 844-919-6111, and 509-257-3243 a guy named "James". Furthermore on top of the story we were told to run around multiple Circle K to put 9,000 in a bitcoin machine. We want our money back from that machine, my mother was tired and all of us were tired, I have not even showed up to the point and when we went home it was approximately 9:00. Normally , I nor my family will beg or ask for help like this in such urgency but time is of the essence, please contact us we have all the information, I apologize for my other report, it was all over the place because of emotions running high, in which they still are. We are not exaggerating at all, we have been wrongfully scammed.
