TruGreen Tech, B came to our door 5/9/23 11:41am and rang the doorbell. There are a front and back Ring cameras. The Ring recording shows him walking around the house to the back. He stuck a flag in the back, got a drink from the hose, went around the front, stuck a flag in the ground, got in his truck and drove away. The TruGreen ticket with the product applied was never done!

Last year I complained to TruGreen about another tech that did one pass on the 20' side property, a circle in the back yard, and went to the front on the other 20' side and left. Again all recorded on the front and back Ring.
