The scammer contacted me through text message posing as Chris Dorsano, the founder of the company TruFocus Productions and asked for my email, which I provided. In the email was the job description and a note asking me to set up Microsoft Teams to take part in an interview. When set up on there, I initiated the conversation with "Chris" and he told me that the interview will be conducted through secure PPTP encrypted text chat. I thought that didn't sound right so I went to LinkedIn and found the real Chris Dorsano and he told me it was indeed a scam.
