Mrs. McCann-Hertz came across an ad for TrueYouth skin cream while browsing the internet. She saw that it was free except needing to pay for shipping and handling, which totaled around $5. After 14 days, she was charged around $90. The next month she was charged an additional $90. Mrs. McCann-Hertz attempted to contact the business multiple times to cancel her subscription, but the phone continues to ring with no one answering and no opportunity to leave a voicemail. Mrs. McCann-Hertz has limited access to the internet (goes to the library) and does not have an email address so does not have a way to contact the company other than by phone. She is currently attempting to stop payments via her bank/credit card company.
