email saying outstanding balance owed to LVNV Funding LLC (CURRENT CREDITOR Providian National Bank) Asked for last 4 digits of Social Security number and home address. Refused to give either. Said it was all being recorded and if I would not give them the information there was nothing, they could assist me with.

They are sending emails asking to pay off a debt that doesn’t exist. All information provided by them is wrong except first name, last name, and email. First it was TrueAccord contracting us on behalf of LVNV Funding LLC and now it is Halsted financial services contacting us on behalf of LVNV. They are stating if we pay now, we only have to pay 50% of the debt. We have no old unresolved debt that could’ve been bought and, again, all the information they provide is wrong, except first, last name, and email. I will provide the information for LVNV Funding LLC and Halsted Financial Services below.
