I made a transaction with TrueVacations.Online and completed the DocuSigns for the documents. I have been trying to reach this place before the commencement of COVID-19. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach this business by email and the telephone number is disconnected. I have had so many contacts with this place since the date of transaction(s) and it's really an amazement that I had no idea that they would quietly close their business. I would be happy with a refund and learn my lesson not to pay an outfit so many months in advance where the guarantee was a number of years before the vacation expired
