I distribute government subsidized lifeline phones . The government pays various phone companies to provide this service . This means the device issued is paid for by the government. Truconnect Direct charges the distributing agent $5 per device and then asks the agent to charge the customer $10. No other companies charge for the device. Anywhere online you can apply and get it free. It just does seem right for ?TCD get the device fir free and then charge for it. Also there are two companies with the EXACT same logos and the same agent support but one is called Truconnect Direct and one is called Truconnect. ?tcdcharges for the free phones and Truconnect does not .
