I ordered product from trouserholic from social media ad. They immediately withdrew charge from my debit card. Took a month to receive. The product was very poor quality and did not fit. I immediately requested credit. They stalled on reply. Then tried to discourage by saying customer service was "extremely busy" and to be patient. Then suggested I give items to a "friend". I spent $75 and the most credit they offered was $20. I would have to pay shipping to china, including insurance, then wait for return to be processed. Sounded like no gurantee of a credit at all. I donated items to a thrift store. Out $75! I expressed to them that I would give bad reviews any opportunity.

All of this transpired over 4 months and I complied with every request they asked (pictures, original pkg with SKU). THEY WILL NOT CREDIT WITHOUT A HASSLE!

I placed an order for some clothing one package arrived the other package did not but they charged me for it I cannot wear the clothing because it smells so bad I have tried on several occasions several times a day and they will not give me an address to return it they’re telling me it’s too expensive to return I should just keep it I really need some help with this I live in SSDI and if I can’t with his clothing I need my money back if you could please help me that would be wonderful

Trouserholic is an online clothing seller via social media. They include photos of items with their product descriptions, yet send the buyer entirely different items. A jacket I purchased showed a jacket with 12 oz. cotton canvas a zipper, a fur hood, and a Carhart logo on the vest. The jacket I received was an entirely different jacket with no zipper, no fur hood, no Carhart logo and it was made from a thin bed-sheet cotton material. The quality of the clothing is priced at boutique prices however the clothing sent comes from China and is made from a bed-sheet material. When you ask to return items, Trouserholic will delay the process with emails stating they will be out of the office for over a week and then, when they do reply, they delay sending a return address to push you outside the 15 day return window. I sent my items to the address on the return label and they said they can't take the items from that address. This company is a total fraud and you will see that by thousands in comments on their facebook page.

This appears to be a retail website for womens clothing and accessories. APPEAR to be U S based. When items are received they are from CHINA and are inferior, shoddy and are nothing like the items ordered. No email address and appear to be based in China. No paperwork is enclosed with package upon arrival. I am unable to get them to provide me with the appropriate location to return the items to them and will not cooperate with me in regard to giving me a credit. We exchange emails back and forth and all they do is ask me questions and make odd statements and refuse to give me a return address therefore I believe I am being scammed. Called FTC and filed a complaint with them and they told me to file a complaint with local BBB.
