Add on Facebook went to ordering site placed order received email with order confirmation never received product….no response to my follow up emails. Website stated long delivery times with new company be patient waited to long to report to Credit company to deny charge. Order placed 9/4/22

Paid online for dog bowls I never received. I contacted the company and they stated that they are new owners and cannot get my dog bowls to me since I didn’t order from them but if I want to order again they will give me 20% off. What a joke.

I ordered two dog bowls for $88 on September 15th, I have emailed the company many times asking where my product is and there is never a reply. Their website Trot Pets is no longer working and their Facebook and all social media have been deleted! i just want my money back.

I was targeted with ads on Instagram and purchased two dog bowl sets. When I got a confirmation email, it indicated that the business was in fact only offering "pre-orders" and that I would receive updates soon. Multiple attempts to contact them via email and Instagram DMs yielded no results, and they soon deleted their profile. Please shut them down!
