I made a purchase on Facebook that said Macys’s clearance. I never received the items and when I checked my account there was no phone number or address. I just got this email address when I saw it on Facebook again. I don’t know why Facebook would allow these people to advertise on their site if.they are a scam. It’s been more than a month since I placed my order.

On Dec 25, 2022, I made a purchase with this company for six items. The website has merchandise for extremely low prices so I decided to make a purchase. On January 30, 2023 I received an item from this company with the same tracking number, but not what I ordered. So i assumed that my order was still arriving after some time I emailed them about the order. They assured me that the item that was mail was a gift and my order will be shipped in 24 hours. After checking to see if they mailed the order out I emailed them again and got the same response before. On Feb 12, 2023 I emailed them back asking for a refund and yet to get a response. The only way to communicate with it is through email no phone number.
