I placed an order on February 17th 2023 n the amount of $63.84 I still haven't received a reply they say the other was shipped no I been dealing with this company off and on about to be 4 months I sent them screen shots of the items that I ordered and its to much to fit in a mail box

hello..I ordered online from a scam sitr Trochive.Com(A Macy's outlet) Ordered On Feb.19 And Have never received anything from this suspicious site!!! I OPENED UP A DISPUTE TODAY!!!

I spend 50 on February 19 and never got anything yet I keep getting a call from some Chinese company in Chinese but not getting my order r there a way I can get my money back I need help I mean it dose no sound like a lot but 50$ to me is a lot of money Can anyone help this is my first time I made an order like this online for this much and now I may never do thins again

I can be added to the growing list of scam victims. Ordered 3 things 2 months ago. Never received anything. Their so-called customer service is anything but. Their answer was to offer me a 60% refund. WHAT? in 24 hours they offered a 90% refund. Holding my ground for 100%. Their store appears to be off the internet now. I've been successful emailing [email protected]

I ordered few item, paid around $50 included express delivery $15 and this parcel never arrived, order was made 19 Feb 2023 and received this as confirmation:

An ad for this website popped up thru Facebook. I followed the link and made several purchases. This was several months ago; never received anything.

I made a purchase ND never received nothing I was scammed. The order number is # kqtare 37324 it's been 2 months and nothing the phone number lead me to a recorded message but could not get anyone to pickup the phone and they did not return my message for themto call me back.

I purchased clothes from Trochive.com on February 17th, 2023, announcing it were clothing from Macy’s. It was an express shipping. Merchandise never arrived. Hope, I can dispute my payment. Don’t trust this website.

I placed two separate orders from this company. One order was on Feb 21st for $41.02 and the other on Feb. 24th $56.85 2023. I received a email from some company I have never heard of and the website was in Japanese or Chinese that was March 7, 2023 and have not heard anything since. No more online purchases for me. Hopefully I'll find someway to retrieve my funds.

Placed the order, then struggled to find order and shipping info (which was said it was waiting to be released). Then website and any traceable info disappeared.

I ordered and the money was removed from my account almost immediately. I received no email confirmation and tried to cancel the transaction, but it was denied. I have no record of the order and their website can't be reached. They actually need to send fraudulent people to jail to act as a deterrent.

Once i placed my order i never received a confirmation email so I knew right away i had been scammed. It said that it was selling through macys. Never received an email. I reported it to my bank.

Lost $68 on the site. Having to fight with credit company
Do not order. I believed it was Macy's just trying to get rid of the last of last seasons stuff but no... I got played.

this company goes by different names and the one that was used this time was Chive they also go by kqtare. They sell clothing, accessories, shoes and home items. The items are extremely cheap and when ordering you can also get an additional percentage off. They entice you with inexpensive items so that you would want to buy more. I previously placed an order under the kqtare named company and like this most recent order, the tracking shows that the package was delivered. There was no signature required and there was no picture made by the delivery person showing that it was delivered to the right address. It took more than 2 months to get my refund issued back. I foolishly made two orders under the Chive company not expecting this to happen again. I hope that I won't have to wait another 2 months to get my money back. Would not order from this company even if they offered all of it for free. What a scam!!
