It started out in about September of 2020 they claimed to be a non profit wanting to help me get a loan modification, TriWest is what they called themselves but one of the phone recordings says northpoint regency. They asked and were given 3 checks up front, and we were supposed to close by the end of the year. In the mean time I was in and out of the hospital too many times to count off the top of my head for a couple of heart procedures several cancer surgeries and a knee replacement. I’ve tried over and over to get spnebform of documents showing where my money was going and was always told that it’s all going against my l principal. Somehow they even drug it out with my lender, but finally they had enough and filed a notice of default on my home. Now I’m in a bind and will have to file for bankruptcy to pay keep my home from being auctioned off.

Mind you priorvtobtrieestbon my life Ali had never missed or even been late on a payment. Ever. Not my credit has gone to [censored], and if I don’t file a BK I could lose my home. All so these pieces of [censored] could line their pockets.

I tried going to their v office and it turns out to be “virtual” or a glorified PO Box on wilshirebblvd.

It’s too late fir me, but these people need to bebstoppedvandbi want my money back so I can find a way to reinstate my mortgage . Somehow
