Trivago advertises cheap hotels. When you book, the price is more then advertised on its web site. I recently had to cancel my reservation and when I tried to get my money back the phone # I was given went to voice mail, ( 212-208-1439) it tells you to leave a message and then in the next sentence it tells you that the mail box is full and can not accept any more messages. When I went on the trivago web site to contact somebody there was a site to leave complaints. There were a full page of people with the same complaints as mine. You can not get hold of a real person to talk to and try to resolve your problem. The same phone # 212-208-1439 from somebody trying to contact them in Nov is also told no room in the in box. This site is a total rip off. I will never ever use them again. Now I'm out my money and good luck trying to get it back. They should be investigated and not allowed to advertise on TV, it's fraud
