Type of a scam Online Purchase
They double charged my card right away. I sent an e-mail saying I want to cancel and someone called me to say I had to call in to cancel. So I called customer service right away and spoke to Don who apologized for me misunderstanding the purchase details and said they would redund me. He took wwaaayyy too long (10 minutes) saying he was making a note and would send me an e-mail right after our call. Of course no e-mail and then there was another charge to my account!!
The next day I started getting calles from someone trying to sell me something similar but denied having any connection with the other company and yet they said they got my information from the previous day's purchase but due to privacy they couldn't tell me anything more.
I then called the 1-800 that I spoke to yesterday and of course, the number "isn't configured" and the website no longer exists.
