Do not return the call of anyone claiming to be "Kathy Johnson", "Rebecca Johnson", or "Holly Evans". These names are all used by the same automated caller telling you they are trying to reach you. They claim to have made several attempts to reach you and will make one final attempt at your place of employment. This is a scam! I called, I fell for it, they are NOT legit! They claimed to be Tristar Attorneys, yet when they processed a payment, it appears with a merchant ID of LSA, which is supposedly in Fort Mill SC (1646 Hwy 160 W. Ste. 105-8160, Fort Mill SC). When they threaten to take you to court, like they did me- tell them to please do so. I got a refund following several complaints I made with law enforcement, FTC, Consumer Complaint office in SC, BBB, however the automated calls continue...

Received a call from Tristar Litigation (855)213-6769 claiming that I owe Capital One thousands in debt from a credit card in 2014. I know that I already paid off and closed the account in 2014 and have paperwork to prove it. I just hung up and blocked the scammer's phone number.
