I would like to report what appears to be a timeshare scam from a company named “Trip World Vacations by Mizuho.” This is the second time this year I have been targeted. Not sure if it is because I am over 65 and a retired disabled veteran or just retired in general. I was a victim the first time by a company named “Global Access Timeshare and Transfer.” A report was filed with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, State Attorney General and FBI. This company “Trip World Vacations by Mizuho” has solicited an offer to me of $840,000.00 for the purchase of my Timeshare by Diamond Resorts. The agents contacting me are Victor Diaz, phone number: 1-844-901-4665, fax: 1-855-969-7679. Address: Trip World Vacations by Mizuho, Av. De las Americas 1600-2, piso, Country Club, 44610, Guadalajara, Jal, Mexico. Email: [email protected] and tripworldvacations.com. Initial contact was made 11/08/22 by Victor Diaz. Since this time I have also been contacted by Marcos Figueroa another representative for Trip World Vacations. Upon speaking with both individuals over the phone it sounded like they could be the same individual. Victor Diaz and Marcos Figueroa both have the same contact information. Five calls were received from Victor Diaz between 8 and 13 Dec 2022. Twenty four calls were received from Marcos Figueroa between 7 Nov and 7 Dec 2022. A total of 5 emails were from Trip World Vacations which included sales packages, offer sheets and forms to be signed by me. No money has changed hands in this incident at this point.

I was also contacted by Bryan K. Hall, Senior Broker for KH Corporate Finance. This firm was working in conjunction with Trip World Vacatons. Address: 402 W. Broadway, Ste, 400, 4th Floor, San Diego, CA 92101. SFRE: Appraisal File No. 45123. Phone number: 858-867-4049. Email: [email protected]. There was also another address list as 501 W. Broadway, Suite 800, San Diego, CA 92101 for KH Corporate Finance listed on the cover letter. Upon calling the ScamPulse.com and looking up the given SFRE Appraisal number for Bryan K. Hall, it was found that the number 45123 listed named a broker “Gandolfo, Joe Frank, 723 Palms Blve, Venice, CA 90291. This license had expired 01/31/1983. I was also contacted by another broker from KH Corporate Finance named “Cynthia E. Davis, executive Broker, phone: 855-867-4049, fax: 844-216-5410, web address: corporatefinancepro.com, email: [email protected]. No matching public record was found for Licensee: KH Corporate Finance.” On my contract form, the company listed myself as the “seller” and Mizuho Finance Corp, NY as the “buyer.” I called Mizuho Finance Corp, in New York and the person I spoke with had no knowledge or record of the KH Corporate Finance in question. It was also found that the address 402 W. Broadway in san Diego, CA had 11 different suites. (400, 1100,1300,180,960,1050,1520,1760,2500,500 and 2100). Suite 400 had 15 individual names associated with it.
