A search engine for flights brought up the website with flight deals. I was able to book through them. I had to put my name, date of birth and credit card info down and then I received an email with the confirmation stating my e-ticket will be emailed within 24 hrs. The 24hr passed without another email and I called them. They said the confirmation expired and they can no longer give me the same ticket for that price.

They tried to offer me a new ticket with almost $500 more than the original. I asked them if this is a scam and they hung up on me after stating your confirmation is cancelled.
