They acted as though they were Hawaiian Airlines and advertised themselves as Hawaiian Airlines. They told us that they would insure the flight, then canceled the flight behind our back so that we were left with a "credit". We called Hawaiian Airlines to verify that the flight was in fact cancelled and we were not the ones to do it because we were on the phone with Trip Help Desk at the time. Every time we call to use the credit they tell us that it is expired and they keep telling us that we have to pay $75 per person in order to use the credit. We have called 4 times and every time they stall and say they have to talk to the airlines about our credit. They sent us emails detailing the credit with no expiration date.
