I am a psychotherapist with a small private practice in Tampa one of the services that I offer is a weight release program called Trim-Life. The modality involves Clinical Heart-centered Hypnosis. It appears that someone has utilized the copyrighted name “Trim Life,” and is running a scam with it where they are selling pills or some type of product under the trim life copyrighted name and linking it back to my website and my information as though I am the one who has debited the victims account. I have been contacted several times since November 2021 by the victims of the scam who are seeking their money back for a fictitious item that they purchased. I’ve been spending time responding to the victims of the scam letting them know that I am not The person responsible for debiting their card for fictitious orders of pills that they never received. I’m wanting to document this so that people are aware and it would be important that the bank investigate the money trail in terms of where it was funneled to. If you look for trim life on the web the only thing that comes up is my practice as a clinician. There are no other numbers Associated with trim life where people can go to to get additional information so it’ll be up to the bank To follow this through and see where this money is being debited from. My hope is that this helps someone.
